  • How long does it take to hear back after submitting a form?

    We aim to respond to all general enquiries within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday).


    If your query is related to an existing subscription or live issue, our support team will prioritise it accordingly.


    Premium and Enterprise institution partners receive priority support with same-business-day response and access to a dedicated Customer Account Manager for escalations and onboarding guidance.

  • Can I request a demo for multiple team members?

    Absolutely. In fact, we recommend it.

    Many institutions find it useful to include representatives from international recruitment, admissions, compliance, and marketing teams.


    Our demos can be customised to your objectives – whether you’re evaluating compliance features, training automation, or performance analytics.


    To arrange a group session, simply select “Sales Enquiry” on the form and add the names or emails of your team members in the message field.

  • Where is The JADE App based?

    Our company, The JADE App Ltd, is headquartered in the United Kingdom, with operational partners across Ireland, Europe, and Asia to support our growing global client base.


    All hosting and data processing are managed through AWS cloud infrastructure, with servers located in compliance with GDPR and international data protection standards.

  • Do you offer onboarding support for new institutions?

    Yes – onboarding is part of every institutional subscription.


    Once your institution joins JADE, our onboarding specialists guide you through the entire setup process, from uploading your training and programme content to inviting your agent network and configuring your compliance settings.


    Premium and Enterprise users receive a dedicated onboarding consultant, scheduled milestone check-ins, and full data migration support to ensure a smooth transition.

  • I’m an education agent – can I register without an invitation?

    No. At this time, access to The JADE App is by invitation only from verified partner institutions.


    This ensures that every agent using the platform represents an accredited education provider and operates within verified, compliant channels.


    If you’d like to work with an institution currently on JADE, you can reach out to them directly to request an invitation.


    Once invited, you’ll receive a secure link by email to create your account and connect to their profile.

  • What if I need urgent technical assistance?

    If you encounter a critical technical issue affecting platform access or training delivery, please contact support@thejadeapp.com

     and mark your message as URGENT in the subject line.


    We triage all support tickets automatically, ensuring urgent matters are reviewed first.


    Premium and Enterprise partners benefit from priority response handling and direct phone or live chat support during UK and EU business hours.

  • Can we meet the JADE team in person?

    Yes – our team regularly attends global higher education events such as The PIE Live, BUILA Conference, ICEF, and Higher Education Transformation Summit.


    You can schedule a 1:1 meeting in advance through our website or by emailing sales@thejadeapp.com.


    For institutions based in the UK or EU, in-person visits can be arranged on request as part of Enterprise onboarding or annual reviews.
