About the Role:
We’re looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer to help scale The JADE App – a platform trusted by universities and colleges to manage their international agent networks with compliance and clarity.
You’ll work across our React front end and Node.js / MongoDB back end, contributing directly to feature development, performance optimisation, and data integrity.
What You’ll Do:
- Build, maintain, and optimise modular components using React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Develop secure APIs and integrations with third-party systems (e.g., CRMs, student information systems).
- Work closely with Product and Design to bring intuitive UX to life.
- Implement best practices for authentication, data privacy, and performance.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, scalability planning, and feature roadmaps.
- Participate in code reviews, sprints, and documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of full stack experience (React + Node.js).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, MongoDB, and cloud deployment (AWS preferred).
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD workflows and testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of security best practices (JWT, encryption, OWASP).

You’ll work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Data teams to develop AI-driven insights, compliance automation, and predictive analytics that empower universities to make smarter, faster decisions.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and deploy AI and ML models to improve data interpretation, pattern recognition, and performance forecasting across institutional datasets.

- Design recommendation systems for institutions (e.g., agent performance insights, compliance risk flags, engagement scoring).

- Own brand tone and messaging across website, social, and newsletters.
- Develop campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Manage content marketing (case studies, webinars, white papers, events).
- Coordinate press and partnership communications with global stakeholders.
- Support the CEO and Partnerships team with decks, reports, and media assets.
- Oversee analytics to measure campaign performance and refine strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
