How it works
Accept Your Institution Invitation
When an institution invites you to connect on The JADE App, you’ll receive an email with a secure link.
Click Accept Invitation and you’ll be taken to The JADE App to sign in or sign up.
Already have a JADE account? You’ll simply log in and connect instantly.
If you are new to JADE, you'll be taken to sign up.
Once registered, you will be connected with your institution partner’s profile — where you’ll find everything from resources, scholarship details and webinar to training modules.
Tip: You can be connected to multiple institutions at once — each with its own dedicated training and resources hub.
Create or Log In to Your Account
If you’re new to JADE, setting up your account takes less than two minutes. Simply enter your name, agency details, and your branch. You will receive an email to validate your account.
Once verified, your account is active and ready to go.
You’ll then see your personalised dashboard – your command centre for all partner institutions.
Security you can trust: All accounts are encrypted end-to-end and verified through secure AWS infrastructure, ensuring your data stays protected.
Access Your Training & Resources
Each institution you work with can provide interactive training modules, videos, and short assessments – all hosted within JADE.
Once you complete a module certification test, your certification is automatically issued and logged in your profile. Institutions can view completion records, so they know you’re up-to-date and fully authorised to recruit.
